Qualter Hall & Company Ltd, the established engineering business based in Barnsley, West Yorkshire, today announced the appointment of its highly experienced Technical Director, Graham Carr, to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective Monday 1 December 2025.
Drawing on 39 years of service, including 23 years as a director, Graham brings unparalleled operational knowledge to the COO role. His understanding spans the business’s core operations and competencies, key markets and diverse client base.
