By strengthening leadership, breaking down silos and enabling collective action, we work to ensure that climate adaptation is inclusive, effective and grounded in the realities people face.

Our work focuses on collaboration, place-based approaches and lived experience, combining local knowledge with scientific evidence and policy insight. We design and deliver programmes, partnerships and training that help people and organisations understand climate risks, build confidence, and take meaningful steps towards adaptation.
