The awards, now in their 18th year, celebrate organisations who drive real change in corporate sustainability.
SDS have been nominated in the Product Innovation: Services and Software category for their groundbreaking smart technology which combines live weather forecasting with IoT-enabled controls to deliver more sustainable water management. The system dynamically adjusts water storage and reuse, preventing flooding during heavy rainfall and optimising harvested rainwater for non-potable uses such as irrigation and toilet flushing.
Its solar-powered design ensures minimal maintenance while delivering significant environmental, social and financial benefits. By reducing reliance on mains water and mitigating flood risks, it is paving the way for a more sustainable future.
